America’s Economy Nosedives To 18th In World
While Canada improved their ranking to move into the top 5 countries on earth in terms of economic freedom, the United States, who held the number 2 spot in the year 2000 has fallen to number 18 in the world.
US Credit Rating Cut… Again
Record debt that has doubled since Obama’s inauguration lead to the credit rating of the United States being cut once before. The first time ever that our credit wasn’t rated at the highest level of AAA+. It has now been downgraded yet again from AA+ to AA-.
What Did Obama Know And When Did He Know It?
The Independent, a UK news source, reports the following:
“According to senior diplomatic sources, the US State Department had credible information 48 hours before mobs charged the consulate in Benghazi, and the embassy in Cairo, that American missions may be targeted, but no warnings were given for diplomats to go on high alert and ‘lockdown,’ under which movement is severely restricted.”
Obama Takes Credit for Spending Cuts He Fought
Does anyone else see the irony and the repeat of history? When Bill Clinton was in office he was spending like the dollar was going out of style and like we loved working half the year to fund his whims. Then the Republicans took over the House and Senate and brought out the Contract With America. Their proposed cuts were refused by Democrats and the President. So the government shutdown talk happened and a tad more. Finally there was compromise and the budget was balanced. We even went into surplus. Clinton didn’t want that. He wanted to spend more and lamented his compromise with Republicans who were a bunch of tight wads in his eyes. But then Clinton bragged about balancing the budget and getting spending under control, we he had to give in to that Republican demand and had spend like a madman when he had his party backing him in the House and Senate.
Paul Ryan On Dangers of Government ‘Dependency and Passivity’ in United States
House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan spoke at the American Enterprise Institute Monday and warned that the country is at a “tipping point” in its debt crisis that threatens to “curtail free enterprise” and lead to a “gradual moral-political decline as dependency and passivity weaken the nation’s character.”
Schumer Caught Telling Democrats to Smear GOP
It turns out, according to the New York Times and NewsMax.com that Senator Schumer (Democrat) didn’t know reporters were listening to a conversation he was having with fellow Democrats. The reporters were waiting to interview him on a cell phone conference call and he didn’t realize that the call had started.
“I always use the word extreme,” Schumer told his fellow Democrats. “That is what the caucus instructed me to use this week.”
Rather than talk about issues or facts, liberals resort to name calling. After all, if you think the government shouldn’t be so massive that we can’t afford it and you think that the government should spend less rather than increasing taxes you are an extremist. And that name sounds so much worse than talking about the other part.

It’s true in so many ways. One being that he’s taxing away more and more of what Americans could be saving for retirement. He’s doing that by taxing the life out of corporations that we not only work for but invest in. When they have less money because the government is taxing it away to waste, hand out to liberal/socialist favored groups like unions and foreign interests, their ability to hire, pay well, sell for less and make a profit decreases. It’s difficult to do business or retire when you can’t tell your enemy from your President.
The Real Story Behind the First Thanksgiving
After watching a recent school play entitled, “The First Thanksgiving,” I once again realized the historical ignorance that exists today and the watering down of history that has been done by many school systems. The school play basically said that after a “hard winter” the pilgrims celebrated that the “hard winter” was over by inviting their friends, the Native Americans, to share a large feast. But there were no details on what made that winter hard and how they had enough food for a large feast.
Global Warming Scam
With the admissions of dishonesty from so many of the scientists who originally were telling the world that it was warming and with the global temperatures decreasing over the last few years, the global warming bandwagon has become pretty light. Most thinking people are seeing that the vast majority of the global warming claims were from people who wanted government money to fund a research project or to pad the pockets of their “green” company/stocks.
Obama Pardons Some from Obamacare
Obama literally pardons some from the government’s intrusion into healthcare. Isn’t the hypocrisy delicious and digusting?! If you bow to Obama, like the unions (or does he bow to them?) you don’t have to have Obamacare shoved down your throat.
